Chia Seed Pudding

 Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus overnight cooking) | Serving 2

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Mixed Berries

Directions:

In a jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.

Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, top with mixed berries
