Oatmeal Power Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 Cups Water

Directions:

In a saucepan, combine oats, cinnamon, walnuts, and water.

Cook over medium heat, stirring, until creamy.

Serve with sliced apples on top.
