Turmeric Scramble

 Breakfast | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Servings 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Cup Sliced Mushroom
  • Salt and Pepper to taste 

Directions:

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add turmeric, salt, and pepper. 

Heat a non-stick pan, add broccoli and mushrooms, and saute until tender.

Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and scramble until cooked.

Serve hot.
