How to make home made deep hair conditioner

Have you ever made your own deep hair conditioner?  It’s seriously easy, and your hair looks amaaaaaaaazing when you’re all done.
This recipe for hair repair conditioner is only three ingredients. Three! And you probably already have them in your kitchen, so it’s double breezy.

Here’s what you need:
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • egg whites from 1 egg
Seriously, that’s it!
Note: this whipped up enough conditioner for someone with pretty long hair.
STEP 1:
Whip all that deep conditioning goodness around in a bowl, and you’re ready to rock.  Lather it onto your hair, focusing on the ends where you’ll likely have the most damage, and make sure to really coat all the strands of hair.
STEP 2:
Slap on a shower cap, and turn on your favorite episode of Dancing with the Stars while you wait for the conditioner to work its magic.  It needs to sit on your head for about 30 minutes.
Another note: it will drip, which is totally nasty {but worth it in the end!}, so I recommend doing one of two things: tucking tissue or cotton balls around the edges of the shower cap, just like in the good old days of the home perm, or wrapping your head in a wet towel.  Your choice.
STEP 3:
When you’re all done waiting patiently to see your beautiful conditioned tresses, it’s time to rinse.  Rinse really, really, really, REALLY well using LUKEWARM water.  Hot water + egg whites = breakfast.
After you rinse you can opt to shampoo your hair, or wait and let the conditioner keep working its glorious magic.  It’s your choice, your foxy hair.
That’s it!  Have fun with it, and let me know if you try it.
